Why being the company founder is always good

Because chances are that your partners (or employees) might get to do a better job than you do at runing the company. They might be smarter, they might put more work or their ideas might be better. But no matter who you credit for the company success, you will always be credited for being a founder.
 Because none of this would have happen if it wasn’t you, starting a company.
