		<description>I think that you are too categoric about the &quot;repleaceable part in a social mechanism&quot;. I think that you will remembered in a compnay by the good deeds you have done and not by your professional skills.&lt;br /&gt;
The professional skills are the reason for which you are hired but your interpersonal skills are the ones that makes you stand out from the crowd of employees.&lt;br /&gt;
I am ashamed to say that I am one of those who did forgot about you, but as a change I will be in the same situation as you (I have changed my job recently).&lt;br /&gt;
Or maybe we will persuade the guys from InterAKT to develop a collaboration tool so that we could stay in touch more easier.
