Monetize your blog with PayPerPost
Posted on October 6, 2007
This is a paid review, but I would never review something that I don’t find interesting, useful or at least a good subject for my readers.
Being now a long time reader of TylerCruz blog I especially enjoyed tha he is displaying publicly his Internet revenue sources - the so called “blog earnings“. If you keep watching his results as an Internet Entrepreneur month by month you will notice that paid reviews are a good income source, and especially PayPerPost.
OK, so I decided to see what’s this about and I signed up with PayPerPost and a number of other paid reviews services to give them a try. It took me about 2 weeks to find out that PayPerPost has some essential advantages over it’s competition, that really make my life easier.
First of all, I was very impressed about look&feel of the “blogger dashboard” - the place where you can manage all your activities. And not only that it looks good, it’s also easy to move around even for someone like me that never used such a system before.
The other important aspect that I found out is that is very easy to locate the review opportunities for your blog in the “Open opportunities” tab. The available opportunities have a white background, featured (special) opportunities are on a green background, gray is for the opportunities that would normally have been available for you but they were reserved, and red for the ones are not available for you.
It’s very easy to find out details about the opportunities, and the requirements you have to meet: click on a white or green opportunity and a detail page will open, describing the subject, tone or links you are required to use.
You get paid for the reviews through Paypal - no worries here. And seeing the requirements (for example: you should write a post about subject x, minimum 300 words and include this links and pictures) I believe it’s a quite easy way to make money from your blog - and most importantly you get the chance to choose what you would like to write about.
Some might worry that making paid reviews will somehow affect the quality of the blog. But really, I sincerely believe that bloggers write about what is interesting for them, and I personally will never write about something if it doesn’t meet my personal beliefs on the subject.
So if you are looking for a way of doing some money by doing what you love most as a blogger (writting) - PayPerPost might just be a good way to monetize.
