Foreign companies starting or doing business in the Philippines must register their company with various government agencies including the SEC and BIR .  Foreign companies that are over 60% export can be fully foreign owned in the Philippines through a Branch or Domestic Corporation.

Kittelson & Carpo was founded by a Filipino corporate tax lawyer and an American Outsourcing Consultant in Makati, Metro-Manila to provide dynamic assistance to foreign BPO and outsourcing companies starting and doing business in the Philippines. Our main areas of expertise are business registration with government agencies, taxation, employment, payroll, accounting and HR recruitment.

In the last three years K&C has registered more than 100 foreign companies setting up businesses in the Philippines.

K&C provides assistance to:

  2. understand and manage the risks and cost of doing business in the Philippines
  3. determine your eligibility for tax incentives available under Philippine law
  4. implement your business strategy which includes SEC registration and availment of certain tax incentives with PEZA or BOI.

    Dear Sir
I am considering moving to the Philippines for personal reasons being my wife is from Philippines. I am looking to start a small consulting business initially one person operation from home.

Essentially it would be a small import export and consulting business.

Importing would within the textile market and look at developing business to bring textile into Philippines e.g. shirt pant sock….etc

Consulting would be freelance but predominately consulting to companies in China Vietnam and some European companies within my are a expertise.

Export yet to be clarified but looking at what Philippines can offer other countries and exporting those products.

Could you please estimate the types of costing I would expect from your service and government cost in signing up as a business in Philippines government cost etc…

This does not have to be details and I do not consider it a quotation.

    Regards

    Dave
