		<description>Thanks for a good post. I personally find the &quot;Friends and family are more important&quot; issue perhaps the most difficult to deal with when being a side entrepreneur. I have nonetheless run a side business for some time, as I have always been concerned about &quot;putting all my eggs in one basket,&quot; namely relying on a single paycheck from an employer. Especially these days, few of us can afford a false sense of security -- no job is permanent and people should have an additional income source they can fall back on.</description>
