OK, I’m back. So I’ve started talking about delegation as a management process, now I will get down to delegate in a small business.
First of all if you want to delegate the right way based on the receiver abilities, it’s quite hard to have a person with the right set of skills for each task

Learning how to delegate tasks it’s not really something specific in a small business. If you are a boss somewhere and have some colleagues to help you over, it means that you have to know how to delegate. However, in a way, delegating is more complicated in a small business.
Let’s start by thinking about the
