How can you tell that your start-up is not a start-up anymore? Keep asking myself lately, how can I tell my start-up is not a start-up anymore? Most of my “working” life I was paid a fix wage and also a commission on performance. Still, up until my current job, I never felt the commission as a motivating factor in my work. I’ve just did my work, happy enough on the commissions but not really complaining when they were missing. Was it
